One of Premiere Fashion Crop’s business concepts is always about Industry-University Collaboration. Besides joining The J.P. Morgan Textile Personnel Training held by Taiwan Textile Research Institute, Premiere Fashion Crop also planned to start Industry-University Collaboration Research Project with local colleges and universities under current government project, the Textile Export Promotion Project. Eventually, with the students’ design energy, it successfully raised the visibility of Taiwan local design internationally.
Additionally, Premiere Fashion Corp signed MOU of Designing Functional Clothing during 2017 with SCFD. 30 SCFD students have separated into 6 groups and made more than 250 product sketches about Bike, Yoga, and Running in the lecture of Designing Functional Clothes last semester. Later, the company will choose 50 sketches and transfer them into actual clothes drawing. Through the sketches, Premiere Fashion Corp will produce 15 prototype clothing items including tops and bottoms to present the characteristics of their functional fabrics and achieve the goal of Academic Knowledge Integration.
