APP POWER UP. No Opportunity Will Be Missed


In August 2017, one of the big sport brand companies has chosen more than 20 kinds of fabrics in Premiere booth at Salt Lake City. Once purchasers dropped their orders, their cell phones will receive follow-up letters and additional data such as fabric and contact info, which makes Premiere’s customers feel the diligence and hospitality.

The reason Premiere is able to react so quickly is because the marketing executive will send relevant and key messages through the app when receiving orders. The customers will also get “wake-up letters” from Premiere app when they are in the show room, which speeds up traditionally order process (4 to 5 weeks) with one simple click.

Michael told the change started happening when the foreign experts joined the project. Those experts are consultants hired by TTF advised them to introduce SOP when participating in exhibitions. As a result, Premiere began building their fabric database within six months. The database helps Premiere to reduce reaction time and impress the customers. More importantly, with the capabilities of data analysis and data science, Premiere precisely caught what brand dealer really wanted and opened a brand new runway in exhibitions.
